"Words cannot describe how frustrating it is to deal with this particular agent/agency. It is impossible to get anyone at the office to answer a phone call; when you leave a message, you may or may not get a reply. Even the simplest request such as change to a policy, results in a monumental challenge. If you do get a response, it is usually by text, and the source of their problems is usually blamed on their "system being down". In the past 3 months, I have tried to make a change to my policy which resulted in a cancellation that I did not request, payments not being accounted for, and a refund from State Farm in error. Either Amina Shade's staff is incompetent or simply do not care about their customers. After 3 months of continued agony, I have successfully changed to a different State Farm agent."

"2022: when I couldn’t find good Insurance, I stumbled across this fine institution and med Candace. She has helped me feel comfortable and also have done wonders to keep my insurance prices down and meet my needs. great service highly recommend!! *update! 2025 i’ve been a customer with this insurance agency for almost 3 years. "Called your office at 4:00 on Friday to get a vehicle covered with insurance but your answering system switched directly to the after hours message although your google listing indicates that you are open until 5:00pm M-F. Actually as I went thru the entire answering machine message it eventually gave the same hours as your website. What are your actual hours? Thank you."
